I’m Lucy
and a few years back I was a hot mess.
I was working a corporate job that sucked my soul out because I thought I had to. On average I got four to five hours of sleep a night because of anxiety. I barely ate, drank far too much caffeine, and felt like I was getting sucked deeper and deeper into a blackhole with every breath I took. I would hide away in the bathroom to cry and every time I looked in the mirror, I didn’t recognize the reflection looking back at me.
I lost touch with myself.
I didn’t know how to handle my anxiety or what to do with my depression. I went to doctors, therapists, and women’s groups. I tried everything I knew to try and nothing seemed to work. I didn’t know what was wrong with me. Was I broken? Why could so many people do this but not me? What’s wrong with me?

So I quit.
I decided I would not put myself through that stress anymore.
I trusted my gut and earned my yoga certification. Massive shifts started to happen in my life. I connected back to my body and learned to trust my intuition again.
From there I expanded my wellness career. I became a fitness instructor, helping people to transform their lives through the avenue of their physical health.I moved into health and wellness coaching which allowed me to help my clients more with behavioral changes that allowed them to reach their goals. I continued delving into emotional intelligence and mindset work, learning how shifting our thoughts and feelings can drastically change our lives and allow us to reach our goals and live the lives we desire.
Now I work with people like you- people who have a ton of potential and want to shift their life from emotional swings and limiting beliefs into emotional stability and fulfillment.
I started this journey without a guide, but you don’t have to.
