You don’t want to feel this way, stuck in an endless spiral of negativity and drama...but you also don’t know how to get yourself out of it.

Welcome to SYS! A four-week transformational journey designed to help you navigate your triggers, stop self-sabotaging and start loving yourself and your life.
What This Program Looks Like…
Week One: Why We Get Triggered
During this first week, we explore why we have such strong emotional reactions to “small” things that crop up in our life, such as a tone of voice, a text message from an ex, or a look someone gives us. We will explore internal and external triggers and why your body responds in the way it does even though “logically” we feel we shouldn’t react so much. This week gives you tools to recognize the sensation of being “triggered” as well as how to navigate it in a way that is healthy and supportive of your goals.
Week Two: Emotional Intelligence & Body Connection
Here we dive into the physical body. We uncover how our bodies store our stories and how we can release painful emotions such as fear, anxiety, anger, or frustration around a trigger. We dive into practical physical practices to ease the tension out of the physical body and connect more deeply to our physical vessel.
Week Three: Mindset
This is where we address our mindset. We will work through the negative self-talk and limiting beliefs surrounding our triggers and painful feelings. We take a clear look at our current thought patterns and develop new thinking patterns that are productive and supportive of the future self that we are stepping into.
Week Four: Shifting The Story
Our final week together is about becoming very clear on the future we want to call in and honing in on a practice specifically designed for you. We dive in on how to side-step or navigate the triggered reaction so that you can create new patterns that are in support of the higher vision you have for yourself and your future.
